We realize that no two customers’ requirements are alike. so we provide three distinct guarantee options when you refinish with designated Tex/System® refinish products.

TEC/3™ YEAR GUARANTEE

Covers Martin-Senour:

• Tec/BASE®
• Basecoat/Clearcoat
• Topcoat FinishTex/GLO™
• Single-Stage and Tec/ONE STAGE®
• Single-Stage Topcoat Finishes which do not contain 9837 Mixing Clear and 9838 Drier.

These must be applied over one of the specified Martin-Senour Premium Undercoat Systems.

TEC/5™ YEAR GUARANTEE

Covers Martin-Senour:

• Tec/BASE®
• Basecoat/Clearcoat
• Topcoat Finish
• Tex/GLO™
• Single-Stage and Tec/ONE STAGE®
• Single-Stage Topcoat Finishes which use 9837 Mixing Clear and 9838 Drier.

These must be applied over one of the specified Martin-Senour Premium Undercoat Systems.

TEC/LIFE™ GUARANTEE

Covers Martin-Senour:

• Tec/BASE®
• Basecoat/Clearcoat
• Topcoat Finish applied over one of the specified Martin-Senour premium Undercoat Systems – when the paint technician has completed the Martin-Senour Training School.

This school provides in depth paint technician training, including instruction in mixing, preparing and applying Martin-Senour Tec/SYSTEM Undercoats and Topcoats

Technicians will also learn the most up-to-date repair techniques and procedures. Graduates receive a Certificate of Acknowledgment to display in your sales area.

The Martin-Senour Paint Guarantee Program covers the performance of our products against defects including peeling, cracking, crazing, extensive loss of gloss, color fading, color chalking and moisture bleeding. If you have to redo a repair because of these conditions, it won’t cost you one penny in labor or materials.
